...and they'll know we are Christians by our love.

As Christians, it is more important than ever that we bring our voices to the table. Within the Christian community there are disagreements on various topics. Even so, there are some sacred principals to our faith that we all agree on. Christians stand for justice, for the weak and powerless, and for refugees. Loving one another is our primary command from God. OpenBible.info lists out 58 VERSES on Orphans on Orphans and 51 VERSES on the care of widows.
"Who is my neighbor?" Christ defined our "neighbor" as anyone we have the resources and ability to help. Christ made it clear in the parable of the Good Samaritan that we must help our neighbors, even at risk to ourselves. We know we are to help and love each other and love our neighbors as ourselves.
Because We Are Christians provides information on how we can serve our neighbors and promote a positive view of Christianity to the outside world.
